Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you make all reservations and payments in advance. To ensure that our sessions, events, and classes start and end on time, we do not accept walk-ins. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to park and get settled in the space, and be sure to check in at the front desk.

We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel your reservation.

  • If you need to cancel a session, event, or class, please do so at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a $10 fee. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting to attend.

  • If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up for your scheduled session, event, or class, you will be charged the full amount and no refunds will be given. Please be respectful of your time and ours by cancelling in a timely manner.
