Shamanic Sound Healing
This is a Sound Immersion, a Shaman Journey. You will be immersed in different tones, frequencies, and rhythms to help awaken the spirit. Our shaman will be your guide; all you have to do is relax and listen to the sounds.
This is a private individual session.
You will be inside a copper pyramid while listening to the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, flutes, drums, ocean drums, handpans, steel tongue drums, flow chimes, meditation chimes, guitar, piano, bells, and various other sound healing instruments.
Our shaman has over 25 years of experience with music, sound healing, and the flow of energy. Every session will be different as we play different notes, sounds, and frequencies according to your needs.
Part 1: Client Intake
Every session begins with a client intake, where our shaman reads your energy.
During this time, human attachments are released, and we begin to open the heart and mind.
Super Food Cacao (optional) is served here before the session begins.
Part 2: Foot Singing Bowl
The body must be prepared before Sound Healing is performed.
You will step into our Foot Singing Bowl and be cleansed with sage, copal, or palo santo.
The Foot Singing Bowl will loosen up energies and vibrations that are buried deep within.
Part 3: Sound Healing
You will lay down on our massage bed, built inside a copper pyramid, surrounded by instruments. It is important to relax your mind, body, and spirit. You will connect with the universe and Mother Earth, allowing all the sounds to freely enter and release what is holding you back.
Rhythmic instruments will release, and 7-note instruments will align your energies.
Our massage bed has different head adjustments to suit everyone’s comfort and needs.
