What to Expect from Your Shamanic Sound Healing Session in Utah

Each session is a private, individual experience guided by our experienced shaman, who brings over 25 years of expertise in music, sound healing, and energetic flow. This is more than relaxation—it’s a sound immersion and shamanic journey that gently guides your mind, body, and spirit into alignment.

Your session includes three powerful phases:

1. Client Intake & Energy Reading

Your healing begins with a one-on-one energy reading to intuitively assess your needs. During this time, our shaman helps you begin releasing human attachments while opening your heart and mind.

  • Optional: Superfood cacao is offered to open the heart and enhance energy flow.

  • You will be gently cleansed with sage, copal, or palo santo for energetic purification.

2. Foot Singing Bowl Activation

Next, you'll step into our Foot Singing Bowl, which vibrates deep into the body to awaken and loosen buried energies. This prepares your system for the sound healing experience and grounds your energy for transformation.

3. Sound Healing Immersion Inside a Copper Pyramid

You’ll then lay comfortably on an adjustable massage bed built inside a copper pyramid, surrounded by a wide array of sound healing instruments. As you relax, our shaman plays rhythms, tones, and frequencies tailored to your energetic needs.

You will experience:

  • Crystal singing bowls

  • Gongs, flutes, and drums

  • Ocean drums, steel tongue drums, and handpans

  • Chimes, bells, guitar, piano, and more
